The College of New Rochelle School of New Resources offers a Bachelor of Arts Degree for New and Transfer students 21 years of age and over. In one trip to campus, you can : Apply for Admission Speak with an Advisor Apply for Financial Aid Register for Summer and Fall Semesters Students can also earn a GED while pursuing a college degree! Located within the District Council 37 headquarters of the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFL-CIO) in lower Manhattan since 1972, the DC37 Campus represents the oldest full-degree program offered at a  union headquarters in the country. 

Exclusively offered to union members, the campus provides a learning center for 500 workers who wish to address life and career goals within a liberal arts framework.
