Long Term Care Administration

The Certificate in Long Term Care Administration is a collaborative effort between the School of Nursing and Graduate School Gerontology program.  The 15 credit certificate can be completed in one year and is designed to allow potential Nursing Home Administrators to meet all the educational standards for licensure required by the New York State Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators.  Students can receive a certificate in combination with a Master’s Degree in Nursing (Nursing and Health Care Management) or a certificate in combination with a Master’s In Gerontology.
