Contact the Help Desk at (914) 654-5012 to report a broken Internet, phone or cable TV jack in your room. If your call is forwarded to the Help Desk voicemail, please leave a detailed message of the damage, times you are available, and the best way to reach you. All service repairs will be scheduled on Fridays between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
You will be responsible for being available for your scheduled appointment to provide the technician with access to your room.
You are required to be present in your room for the duration of the appointment. Please note if you are unavailable the technician will move on to the next appointment.
