Specialist for Graduate School & Off-Site Programs
The Registrar’s Office invites applications for the position of Specialist for Graduate School and Off-Site Programs, and this full-time, support staff position is available immediately.  This individual will support the overall records function, including registration, grading, transcripts, and regulatory compliance.  S/he must be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to students, parents, faculty, colleagues and the external publics the Registrar’s office serves.  As the information source to all schools and students of the institution, the Specialist must be a problem-solver and trouble-shooter.  Responsibilities will include:  assisting in all student information sessions;  processing Deferments, Verifications, transfer credit evaluations, and address changes;  entering grades, grade changes, course cancellations;  and trouble-shooting on-line registration calls. 

The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent;  working knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software (Microsoft Office);  prior experience in a higher education setting is preferred.  S/he will exhibit a keen attention to detail, have excellent customer service and communication skills, be highly organized, and enjoy working independently and as part of a team to reach goals and deadlines.
