Verifications

Students who require a Letter of Enrollment must submit their request in writing (download the Enrollment Verification Request Form or Degree Verification Request Form). This request may be submitted in person, by mail, or by fax.

To request your letter follow one of these simple steps:

IN PERSON
Students who require an Enrollment or Degree Verification letter should report to The College of New Rochelle Registrar’s Office, 29 Castle Place, New Rochelle, NY, with a valid picture ID.

BY MAIL
To request an Enrollment or Degree Verification letter by mail:
  1. Send the completed Enrollment Verification Request Form or Degree Verification Form to the address listed below.
  2. If you are unable to access the request form online send a letter with your name, last 4 digits of Social Security Number, address, and phone number. Your letter of request must be an original letter (not a copy) and must bear an authorizing signature from the student. Mail requests to the address below.

BY FAX
To request an Enrollment Verification  or Degree Verification letter by fax:
  1. Fax the completed Enrollment Verification, Degree Verification Request Form to the number listed below.
  2.
