was named in honor of the "Mother of the Civil Rights Movement" in 1987. In keeping with Mrs. Parks' strength, courage, and commitment to helping individuals realize their full potential, the campus provides its 500 students with access to a college degree. With an emphasis on media and technology, facilities include computer-assisted classrooms and labs, and an online reference library.

The Rosa Parks Campus also has an ACCESS Center Located at each campus of the School of New Resources, the ACCESS Centers are designed for students who need to reinforce grammatical concepts of standard English, expand and develop vocabulary, sharpen reading and mathematical skills, or acquire computer literacy skills.
