The College of New Rochelle Women's Softball Team is a NCAA Division III Independent. The Blue Angels compete locally as a member of the Hudson Valley Women’s Athletic Conference (HVWAC).

Coach Tom Walsh will be entering his second season at the helm and is looking to replace pitcher Megan Showell, one of the top players in the region and an All Conference selection for both the Hudson Valley Women's Athletic Conference and the Association of Division III Independents, who graduated last year.

The softball season begins in mid September with fall workouts and continues through the spring ending with the Conference Championships in May. Players of all experience levels and abilities are welcome to try out for the team.
