“As
an adult student at CNR, I was given the freedom I needed to
concentrate my studies on the specific niche within career development
that most interested me. For one of my internships, I developed a
workshop called, Part-Time Careers for Full-Time Moms, which I
ultimately adapted for use into my own private practice. Information
about that workshop was picked up by Working Mother magazine, and that
publicity helped propel my business into the national spotlight.”
