ROCHELLE CALLS FOR ENTRIES
FOR ARTIST’S CHOICE EXHIBIT
NEW ROCHELLE, NY, June 28, 2007 – The College of New
Rochelle (CNR) Graduate Art Therapy Programs and the Westchester Art
Therapy Association (WATA) invite art therapists to submit their work
for consideration for “Artist’s Choice: Works by Art Therapists,” an
exhibit to open at the College in September. Co-sponsored by CNR and
WATA, the juried exhibit will open on Saturday, September 29, 2007 with
a reception from 4-6 pm and will run through Sunday, October
21.
Entries will be judged by a 2-3 person jury consisting
of representatives from CNR art therapy faculty and the WATA
Board. Participation is open to art therapists residing in the
United States. All entries must be original work; any media is
acceptable. Artists may submit slides or CDs of art work up to 48” in
any direction and may submit up to three entries. There is an
application fee of $25.
The deadline for entries is Monday, August 6, 2007.
Applicants will be notified of decision on August 13, 2007.
