Adjunct Faculty

Counseling and Psychology

The College of New Rochelle seeks adjunct faculty to teach courses in our Graduate School Division of Human Services.  Positions are available for the summer, fall and spring terms.  The Graduate School schedules classes for late afternoon, early evening, and weekends.  We are particularly interested in faculty with expertise in the following areas:  mental health counseling, school counseling, school psychology, career counseling, and gerontology.

Qualified individuals should, as a minimum, have a Master’s degree in their field.  To be considered for a position, please send your resume and a cover letter indicating your experience and interest.  Review of applications will begin immediately.

The first Catholic college for women in New York State, The College of New Rochelle was founded in 1904 by the Ursuline Order. Today, it comprises the all-women School of Arts & Sciences, and three schools which admit women and men: the School of New Resources (for adult learners), the School of Nursing and the Graduate School.  The main campus of the College is located in lower Westchester County, 16 miles north of New York City.  The College maintains five other campus locations in New York City.
