Staff Assistant

The Office of the Registrar is looking for the perfect person to assist in coordinating the graduation application process for students in our four schools. This full-time support staff position is available immediately. If you are a team oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting, have a strong desire to provide exceptional service to students and the institution, and are proficient in Microsoft Office, then we want you to join our team.

The Staff Assistant will process graduation applications, order diplomas for the four schools, package diplomas for distribution and prepare and distribute graduation lists.  You’ll need excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task.

The Office of the Registrar is located on the main campus of the College and serves approximately 6,000 students in our four schools.  Our beautiful suburban campus is located 16 miles north of midtown Manhattan and is easily accessible by public transportation. The College of New Rochelle is a Catholic college in the Ursuline tradition and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds who can contribute to our unique educational mission.

The first Catholic college for women in New York State, The College of New Rochelle was founded in 1904 by the Ursuline Order. Today, it comprises the all-women School of Arts & Sciences, and three schools which admit women and men: the School of New Resources (for adult learners), the School of Nursing and the Graduate School.  The main campus of the College is located in lower Westchester County, 16 miles north of New York City.  The College maintains five other campus locations in New York City.
