Adjunct
Faculty in Mathematics
The Division of Natural Sciences and
Mathematics of the School of Arts and Sciences at The College of New
Rochelle invites applications for adjunct faculty to teach introductory
courses in Mathematics. These positions are available Spring
2008. Candidates should have, at a minimum, a Master’s degree in
Mathematics and experience in teaching.
The College of New Rochelle is a Catholic college in the Ursuline
tradition and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds who can
contribute to our unique educational mission. The School of Arts and
Sciences has a strong liberal arts tradition and serves a
multi-cultural student population of approximately 600 undergraduate
women. The College is located on a beautiful suburban campus 16 miles
north of New York City and easily accessible by public transportation.

The first Catholic
college for women in New York State,
The
College of New Rochelle was founded in 1904 by the Ursuline Order.
Today,
it comprises the all-women School of Arts & Sciences, and three
schools
which admit women and men: the School of New Resources (for adult
learners),
the School of Nursing and the Graduate School. The main campus of
the College is located in lower Westchester County, 16 miles north of
New York City. The College maintains five other campus locations
in New York
City.
