Staff
Assistant for Immunization
We’re looking for the perfect person to
serve as Staff Assistant for Immunization at the New Rochelle campus of
our School of New Resources. If you have great phone and computer
skills, prefer to be busy, like working as part of a team, have
excellent interpersonal skills and would enjoy a college environment,
then we want you to join our team.
The Staff Assistant is a full-time, support staff position available
immediately, and evening hours are required. The major responsibilities
include tracking student immunization records, entering the data into
our health services database, following up with students, and making
referrals to local agencies for needed immunizations. The Staff
Assistant will also work with the Campus Director and other staff on
recruitment activities and other projects.
The School of New Resources is one of four schools of the College and
we serve an adult student population of approximately 5,000 students at
six campuses in New Rochelle and New York City. The New Rochelle campus
of the School serves 350 students in day and evening classes on our
beautiful suburban campus, which is located close to Long Island Sound
and is readily accessible by public transportation. A Catholic

The first Catholic

The
College of New Rochelle was founded in 1904 by the Ursuline Order.
Today,
it comprises the all-women School of Arts & Sciences, and three
schools
which admit women and men: the School of New Resources (for adult
learners),
the School of Nursing and the Graduate School. The main campus of
the College is located in lower Westchester County, 16 miles north of
New York City. The College maintains five other campus locations
in New York
City.
