On May 24, 2011, the School of Nursing celebrated the traditional Hooding Ceremony at the Holy Family Chapel on the New Rochelle Campus. Click here to view the program and award recipients.

In her address to the Class of 2011, Colleen Scanlon, Senior Vice President of Advocacy for Catholic Health Initiatives, said, "Our professional inheritance as nurses is enormously rich.  Our legacy is not stagnate or fixed – it continues to evolve.  You will shape and enrich it because of what it means to you and how you live it.  Individually and collectively, we give our legacy meaning, significance and continuing authenticity."
