The Partners for Excellence Annual Fund Leadership Gift Recognition Society
The President’s Circle salutes donors to the College who provide vital leadership support through their gifts to the Annual Fund.  

How do I become a member?
Membership is provided to donors whose unrestricted gifts to the College’s Annual Fund total $1,500 or more by June 30 each year.

Membership is also extended to donors who have given a lifetime cumulative total of $100,000 or more to the College.

What are the benefits of membership?

President’s Circle members are provided unique recognition in the College’s Annual Report, are invited to annual members-only events, and receive periodic communications from the president about the College. Other forms of recognition are provided at the higher levels of membership, for example, flowers at Thanksgiving, an invitation to Christmas in the Castle Parlors, and/or other CNR gifts of thanks.

What are the levels of membership?
Beginning July 1, 2008 membership in The President’s Circle is provided to donors at the following levels of support:

  • $1,500 - Blue & White Society
    the College's colors, selected in the College's first years because they are the colors of the Virgin Mary
  • $1,904 - 1904 Society       
    the year The College of New Rochelle was founded
  • $3,000 - Castle Society    
    honors the original building on campus
  • $5,000 - Brescia Society    
    honors the birthplace of Angela Merici, the foundress of the Ursuline order.
  • $10,000 - Ursuline Society   
    honors the College’s founding order
  • $15,000 - Adrian Iselin Society    
    honors Adrian Iselin, early supporter of Mother Irene Gill and president of the Board from 1904 to 1935. He forgave the mortgage on the Castle on the occasion of the Silver Jubilee in 1929. It was the first truly major gift to the College.
  • $25,000 - Leadership Society
    Leadership – the ability to lead, inspire others in a shared vision.
  • $50,000+ - Cornerstone Society
    A foundation stone often names significant individuals. Gifts from Cornerstone donors are foundational and help to provide for new initiatives and new endeavors.
