Prepares graduates to function in the nurse practitioner role for in-patient
management of nursing and medical regimens in secondary and tertiary care
settings.

Through concentrated practica experiences (765 hours) with a nurse
practitioner and/or physician preceptor, students implement the advanced
practice role of nurse practitioner with a specific cohort of adult clients.
