The Intercollegiate Athletics Program is an integral part of the total educational process.  Intercollegiate competition is offered as a component of the learning experience which leads to the enrichment of the life of the student-athlete.  Success is measured by the growth and development of the individual, not in terms of winning or losing.  The atmosphere contributes to the physical, social, mental and emotional advancement of the student-athlete.

The Intercollegiate Athletics Program is conducted by the Director of Athletics.  Varsity sports include volleyball, basketball, tennis, swimming, and softball.  The College competes in the Hudson Valley Women’s Athletic Conference, and is a member of Division III of the NCAA and NYSWCAA.

The College tennis courts are open to students at no charge.  The tennis courts, which are open at 8:00 a.m. daily, are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Ursula Hall is the home of the Blue Angel Fitness Center.  Open 6 days a week, the Fitness Center features a variety of weight training and cardio-vascular fitness equipment, including treadmills, rowing machines, stair climbers, and stationary bikes.
