Dr. Anne Ferrari
Anne Ferrari teaches courses in developmental psychology, experimental psychology, adolescent psychology, service learning, psychology of human sexuality, and general psychology. She is the advisor to Psyche, CNR’s psychology club and to CNR’s chapter of Psi Chi, The International Honor Society in Psychology. Her research has focused on parenting practices and culture, and she has published on this topic in the academic journal Child Abuse and Neglect. Dr. Ferrari is involved with a Title VI grant which focuses on including a human rights perspective across the curriculum, and she has revised a developmental psychology course to meet this focus.
Dr. Ferrari has also published on the subject of teaching in higher education, describing in a chapter of Life After Graduate School in Psychology what she enjoys most about teaching at the college level.
