In order to best meet your health education needs, we want you to tell us what types of programs you’d like to see, and when you’d like them held. Tell us what health issues and topics are important to you.  Complete the Healthy Campus Program Survey to assist us in identifying future topics for program development.

We also want you to tell us about your health care experience.  Evaluation tools are distributed for completion after every clinical visit and program presentation. This information is reviewed in detail and the suggestions and comments are used to implement future changes.
