Ursula Hall is a three-story, contemporary facility, featuring central living rooms on each floor.  The living rooms are equipped with public access computing stations that are connected to the college’s Resnet system which provides both internet and intranet access.  In addition, Ursula is equipped with a wheelchair ramp and modified bathroom facilities for students with physical challenges. The lower level of Ursula houses the Ursula Fitness Center.

All bedrooms are double occupancy, with corridor bathrooms.    Each bedroom contains a bed, desk with desk chair, closet, and built-in dresser with vanity per student.  In addition, all bedrooms are wired for telephone, cable television, and network access via an Ethernet port.  Vending machines are available off the main lobby, kitchens and lounges are located on each floor, and laundry facilities are located in the lower level.
