The Wellness Center sponsors classes and programs to help each individual attain their personal wellness and fitness goals. Classes typically meet once a week, for six weeks and change each semester, while recurring programs, such as personal training or massage, run throughout the year. In addition, the Wellness Center works in conjunction with the Office of Wellness Education and Programs to bring workshops and events such as Fitness for Life Day and Healthy Mondays to the College Community.
