Welcome to the School of Nursing and Healthcare Professions. There is no better time than now to think about an educational investment in nursing and healthcare professions. According to the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) the employment, growth in the nursing workforce is expected to increase from 2.7 million to 3.2 million. In addition, the United States Department of Labor has indicated that community healthcare workers have grown by 27%. Honoring Mother Irene Gill’s vision to meet the changing education needs through contemporary strategies our programs have evolved to meet the changing educational needs brought about by these contemporary events.
The focus of our education is on holistic health and integrative healing. In addition, we are committed to inter-professional education that assists in the development of future inter-professional team members. We use some of the finest health care institutions in the world and we believe in hands on clinical education to help our students develop the skills they need. Our faculty has diverse practice backgrounds and our graduates are recognized as premier healthcare providers.
We have a beautiful campus in New Rochelle that has a real “Castle”. Please consider what The College of New Rochelle School of Nursing & Healthcare Professions has to offer and please join us in the celebration of our 40th year anniversary in nursing education.
