Confidential Counseling Options

The College understands that, for many victims of sexual misconduct, confidentiality is a primary concern. However, certain College employees are required by state and federal laws to share information from a report of sexual misconduct with the College or governmental agencies. Even College officials and employees who cannot guarantee confidentiality will maintain the privacy of the complainant to the greatest extent possible. The information the complainant provides to a non-confidential resource will be relayed only as necessary for the Title IX Coordinator to investigate and/or seek a resolution. When reporting crimes for the purposes of Clery Act compliance, the College will not release identifying information of the victim.
